On August 28, Our Niraivagam training team headed by Fr Yacop -Assistant Director and Mr Joshua - Trainer conducted training sessions on Mentoring, Emotional awareness for teachers of Don Bosco Tech - Basin Bridge.
The topic was well received and appreciated by the teachers and they expressed the activities conducted were unique and appreciated the impact behind the activities .
The case studies discussed in form of group discussions aided to the effectiveness and the practicality of the session.
The counselling session roleplay was a huge positive and an eye opener for the participants who expressed that the importance of knowing the nuances of counselling
