Our Niraivagam Training team headed by Fr Yacop - Assistant Director and Mr Joshua - Trainer conducted training sessions on Mentoring and Emotional Management for teachers of Don Bosco ITI Kavarapettai.
The session was engaging and the teachers were participative and appreciated the way the training sessions were planned and presented was unique.
They also said that they were able to understand emotions in a more deeper manner especially with the activities conducted and the discussion of case studies
Overall, it was a fulfilling experience for all the participants .
