Leadership Training Workshop

Venue: St. Bede's, santhome.

Niraivagam conducted a grand leadership training workshop for 280 student leaders from various Don Bosco schools. The event was blessed and inaugurated by Fr. Provincial, followed by Fr. Rector and Principal.

Key Highlights:

- Our training team - Fr. Ravi SDB, Mr. Joshua and Mr. Selva, delivered an engaging session from 1 pm to 3:30 pm.

- Students and teachers warmly welcomed the initiative, participating enthusiastically in discussions on practicing leadership skills in different settings.

- The session concluded with a leadership pledge, inspiring students to lead with purpose and integrity.

Impact:

The workshop provided student leaders with valuable insights and practical skills to excel in their roles. Participants left feeling motivated and empowered to make a positive impact in their schools and communities.
