On 8 July 2026, the Niraivagam Training Team conducted a Leadership Skills training programme for 67 student leaders at Dominic Savio MHSS, Tirupattur. The session was facilitated by Mr. Selva.

The training focused on the 10 Commandments of Leadership, emphasizing the essential values and skills required to lead oneself and others effectively. The programme was highly interactive and well received, with students actively participating and expressing their appreciation for the practical insights shared.
