On 9^th October Niraivagam organized a workshop on the title ‘Problem Solving Skills and Quality output for the blue colour staff of Japan Lighting Pvt. Ltd, Pudhuchatram. Usually month of November is considered as the month of quality output in the industries. The purpose of this workshop was to enhance the working performance of the employees of the company and to help them bring best result in their working places. Special attention was also given to help them to increase the problem solving skills of the persons in the authority. The session was handled by Dr. Magimai Pragasam, Head Trainer of Niraivagam.
