On 4^th and 5^th of December, Niraivagam organized a two-day capacity building sessions for the students of Don Bosco School of Excellence, Egmore, on the title ‘life skills for empowered living’. 6^th & 7^th standard students took part in this session. The following topics were dealt with proficiency: Goal Setting & Effective Time Management, Value Education, prudent use of Smartphone, Importance of Mental & physical Health, Brain gym. The sessions were handled by Mr. Selvendhiran, Associate Director and Trainer of Niraivagam, and Mrs. Virgin, Trainer. During the feedback session students expressed that they were happy that the training was more interactive and practical compared to traditional seminars and talks. Students also expressed that the session was very informative and helped them to focus on their inner self and grow holistically.
