On 24^th February 2024, Niraivagam conducted a one-day workshop to the teachers of Don Bosco Mat. Hr. Sec. School and Primary School, Egmore, on the title “21st-Century Skills for Teachers – Creative Communication and Emotional Management in the Classroom,”. This programme was held to empower the teachers with innovative methodologies to engage and manage students effectively in the classes. Seventy five teachers with full commitment and dedication took part in this session. Fr. Ravi Aruldass SDB, Asst. Director and Mr. Selvendhiran, Associate Director and Trainer of Niraivagam conducted this workshop for the teachers. Teachers welcomed the opportunity to incorporate newfound techniques into their teaching methods.  A special appreciation to Ms. Roshan, student counsellor from Niraivagam who is working at Don Bosco Mat. Hr. Sec. School, for her exceptional dedication and invaluable contributions towards the success of this workshop. Special thanks and appreciation to the management for arraigning this programme for the teachers to enhance their teaching method.
