On 8^th and 9^th of november, Niraivagam organized a two-day capacity building sessions for the students of RCM Mat. Hr. Sec. School, Avadi on the title ‘life skills for empowered living’. 125 students (100 boys & 25 girls) from 12 std. took part in the session. The following topics were dealt with proficiency by Mr. Selvendhiran, Associate Director and Trainer of Niraivagam, Life and Academic Goals Setting, Time management, Managing one’s own emotions, Memory & Study Skills. During the feedback session students expressed that they were happy that the training was more interactive and practical compared to traditional seminars and talks. Students also expressed that the topics that were handled made them to be aware of their inner self and gave them clear ideas about how to manage the time while studying.
