From 3^rd to 4^th February, Niraivagam organized a two-day session which is the third phase of Life Skills for Empowered Living highlighting Career Counselling, Leadership and individual Counselling sessions for the 65 inmates at Don Bosco Boys’ Home, Kadambur near Sathyamangalam.  Fr. Ravi Aruldass SDB, Asst. Director of Niraivagam and Mr. Selvendhiran, Associate Director and Trainer of Niraivagam, were the resource persons.  This initiative is being sponsored by the family members of Fr. Joseph Jeyaraj SDB, Director of Niraivagam. Students with bubbling positive energy took part in these sessions. During the feedback session, children shared that these sessions increased their self-confidence to take up leadership and brightened their minds to choose the appropriate study or field of work for their future.
