On 7th December, the Training Department conducted a Personality Empowerment Programme at Don Bosco HSS, Karaikal. The programme focused on enhancing the personality development of 102 students. The training focused on various aspects such as: Goal setting, time management, gender empowerment, self-discipline, good habits and memory, focusing and study skills.
It was well-received by the students. The management of Don Bosco HSS expressed their sincere appreciation for the Niraivagam Training Department's efforts in conducting the workshop
