Event: One-day Animation on Leadership

Niraivagam conducted a session on "Leadership from a Psychological Perspective" at the one-day animation on Leadership organized by Don Bosco Youth Center at Don Bosco Illam, Peravallur. The session aimed to help young leaders understand leadership dynamics and develop essential skills to lead effectively.

The session explored how understanding one's behavior, thinking patterns and emotions is crucial to leadership. Participants gained valuable insights into their strengths and areas for improvement, enabling them to lead with greater self-awareness and empathy. The interactive session included practical tips and strategies to lead teams, manage conflicts, and communicate effectively.

The participants engaged actively, asking questions and sharing their experiences. The session received positive feedback, with many appreciating the practical approach and relevance to real-life situations.

Niraivagam's session was well-received and the event was a success, thanks to the efforts of Don Bosco Youth Center.
