On 24th August, In a significant event, the Niraivagam Training Department team, led by Fr. Ravi SDB, Director and Mr. Selva, Asso.Director conducted a workshop on "Developing One's Professional Persona" workshop for 23 DSPs at Tamil Nadu Police Academy, Vandalur. The session was graced by the presence of Mr. Suresh Kumar. SP.
The workshop focused on equipping the participants with practical techniques to enhance their professional persona. The interactive approach and engaging participation made the session wonderful. The participants welcomed the hands-on training and expressed their eagerness for more such sessions.
The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with the participants looking forward to attending more workshops. In response to the enthusiasm, the Niraivagam Training Department will continue to conduct more training sessions twice a month.
