On 9th July 2022, Dr. Magimai Prakasam and  Mr.Prabakaran   from Niraivagam conducted a capacity building program at Immaculate Heart of Mary girls Hr. Sec, School in Pondicherry. A Total of 430 students took part and benefited from the program. The topics for the sessions were Goal Settings, Motivation, Time management, Self-Regulations. The children actively participated and were enthusiastic about the whole program. The session’s outcome was to be aware of oneself and build self-confidence, encouraging children to communicate more effectively with one another.
