On 27th July 2022, Fr. Dr. Joseph Jeyaraj and Dr. Magimai Prakasam from Niraivagam conducted a Training program at Don Bosco Polytechnic College, in Thirukazhukundram on the topic “Inspire Piratical Paradigm” 24 Polytechnic faculties participated and benefited from this program. The training program was focused on seven dynamics of teaching namely: 1. Inspire, 2. Networking, 3. The student center, 4. Protection, 5. Integrity, 6. Respect 7. Ethics. It was an Experiential program with Hands-on training. The faculties were excited and requested more such sessions in the days to come.
