On 25^th November a one-day session was conducted for the teachers of St. Francis Group of Institutions belonging to Congregation of the Missionaries of St. Francis (CMSF) at the Regional House, Tiruchy. There were 110 participants from 4 different schools from three different places; Tindivanam, Tiruchy and Kanyakumari. The sessions were handled by Fr. Ravi SDB, Asst. Director of Niraivagam. The following titles were handled during the sessions Psychology of Students, Classroom Behavioural Management Strategies and National Education Policy (NEP). The sessions were well appreciated by the participants – teachers, principals and organizers.
